We are bliss beyond form.

Be comfortable,

Palms up,

Eyes closed.

Be aware of your breath.

Allow yourself to arrive.

And be aware of your body.

Notice any sensations within your body.

And with each breath allow yourself to sink more deeply into your physical body.

Being very present for yourself.

Observe your inhalation and exhalation.

Notice the quality of your breathing of your breath.

And allow it to be slow,

Soft,

Smooth,

Yet deep.

Calling our mind back.

Calling us back from everything in the past,

Everything prior to this moment.

Come into the here and now,

Into your breath.

Calling ourselves back from the future,

From everything that hasn't yet happened,

And may never happen.

Calling ourselves in.

Coming back to self,

Back to this present moment,

The only moment in which we can truly live.

Coming into self.

Gently calling our mind back from all the distractions.

With great understanding and kindness for ourself,

Invite our mind to our breath,

To our body.

Be aware of how your body is feeling right now.

Notice any sensations.

Notice any discomfort.

Notice any pain.

Taking your focus to pain or discomfort.

And as we focus there,

Energy will follow.

Let this energy help to release the discomfort and the pain.

Offering this part of ourself some extra tender loving care.

Inhale and releasing any pain or discomfort.

Letting go.

Letting go.

Releasing out from this part of the body.

Accepting what is there.

Be aware of your emotions.

What is showing up for you today?

Welcome these.

Acknowledge the message this emotion is showing you.

Inhale,

Release,

Let go.

Any emotions that are uncomfortable that we don't like feeling,

Let's just firstly acknowledge their presence.

Feel into this more,

Not less,

But more.

Go more deeply with any uncomfortable feeling and feel it even more.

We can do this.

We have the courage to feel deeply.

Allow yourself to experience the depth of your emotion.

Now let's release some of that.

Release the charge within that.

Take a big breath in and breathing it out.

Now letting it go.

We have felt it now we can let it go.

That's all at once us to feel it as deeply as we possibly can and then release it.

Let it flow through and out of our body again.

Not to hold on to it.

Not to get stuck within it.

Not to get overwhelmed by it.

But let it move through us.

Emotion,

Energy,

In motion.

Breathe in and release.

Letting go,

Breathing out,

Releasing any stuck emotions,

Anything negative that you would like to move on from.

Release,

Release,

Release,

Release.

Very good.

Now just sit with your body again and just know that we are not our emotions.

We are not our emotions.

Feel into your body.

An important communication within us but it is not us.

Not our true self.

Be aware of your physical body.

Important to look after this.

It carries us around.

But we are not our body.

Be aware of your mind,

Of your thoughts.

Our mind,

Our powerful tool.

But we are not our mind.

We are not our mind.

We are bliss beyond form.

We are bliss beyond form.

We are bliss beyond form.

Breathing in and just let this resonate within you.
