Today's meditation is accessing the power of love.
So let me just talk about this just for a second.
We're going to go into the meditation.
So the Course says only love is real.
But it also says that love is something that cannot be taught.
But what can be taught is to remove the blocks to the presence of love and then you will connect and you will know and you will feel and you will have the experience of love.
I know that makes sense to you.
So this is not about trying to find love.
This is not trying to love yourself.
This is not trying to get something you don't already have.
Okay?
Alright.
So,
Let's get ready.
You want to take a few deep breaths and sit straight up.
Closing your eyes.
Just allow yourself to be receptive in this moment.
Allow yourself to just be right here,
Right now.
Very good.
Now to start off the meditation,
We are going to take three intentional breaths in through our nose and out through our mouth.
You want to be sitting straight up.
Not tense but strong.
Having your spine erect but not tense.
Good.
Just take a moment to get into that space before we do these intentional breaths.
Good.
Alright,
Here we go.
In through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
Inhale.
And exhale.
Inhale.
And exhale.
And exhale.
And exhale.
And exhale.
And exhale.
And exhale.
And exhale.
And exhale.
And exhale.
And exhale.
And one more.

Immediately notice for yourself how you feel different just taking three intentional breaths.
Remember this work is very,
It's very meticulous in its minuteness.
The minuteness is where the work is.
Noticing the small differences.
And just taking those breaths helps you to notice those small differences.
Take a note of it.
Alright.

And now I'd like you to see,
Sense,
Or imagine a beautiful white light above your head.
A spotlight.
Or maybe it's a mini sun.
But it's shining down on you.
All white.
All white.
It is shining down on your head.
This white crystalline light is safe.
It's easy.
It's beautiful.
And it is peaceful.
And now I'd like you to see,
Sense,
Or feel the white light starting to flow over your head.
And as it flows over any part of our body,
This white light releases all the tension in your muscles.
So just do that for a second over your head,
Your face,
And your shoulders,
And your neck.
Notice how the white light is just allowing you to let go.
Good.
And now it goes down your upper back and chest.
And each spot that the light touches on your body as it goes down,
You feel your muscles relax.
Your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your biceps,
Your chest.
Take a deep breath.
It keeps traveling down your arms.
Your arms become completely enveloped in this safe,
Beautiful light.
And it keeps traveling down your torso and your organs start to relax.
Your whole back relaxes.
And it goes over your hips,
Your reproductive organs,
Your buttocks,
And your lower back.
And everything just starts to feel relaxed,
Open,
And safe.
Until it goes all the way down over your thighs and knees and down your legs,
Under your feet.
Take a moment to just be in that light.
Take a deep breath.
You are safe.
In your mind repeat,
I am safe.
And now we're going to consciously and deliberately access a power that we already have.
We are going to access the highest power of miracles that lives within us and within everyone.
This power,
This flow,
This joy that already is here with us is the power of miracles.
It is the power to transcend any and all troubles,
Challenges,
Situations,
Anger,
Depression,
Anxiety,
Anything we can think of in the world or within ourselves.
This power,
Once we get in touch with it,
Can become our true source of energy.
Take a deep breath.
And this is the power of love.
Love means something to everyone and I want us all in this moment to do our best to remove what you think love is and feel the presence of love within you.
And we're going to do it like this.
Even if you don't feel it,
Sense it,
We're going to do a repeating mantra and it's one word.
Repeat after me.
Love.
Love.
Love.
Love.
Love.
Love.
Love.
And I want you to keep repeating love to yourself.
Gently and easily repeating the word love.
And as you do that,
I'm just going to talk you through a couple of things,
But I want you to continue to repeat the word love within yourself.
You can do it audibly if you'd like to.
Love.
And as you repeat that word,
Know that anything that's going on in your life has no power over love.
Love.
Love.
Love.
Know that any situation in the world has no power over love.
Love.
Love.
Know that no amount of defense or attack has any power over the power of love.
Love.
Realize that whatever condemnation,
Self-flagellation,
Judgment that you have of yourself,
None of it,
None of it has any power over the power of love.
Love.
Allow yourself to be in touch beyond your judgments,
Beyond your struggles,
Beyond your challenges,
Beyond your problems.
Allow yourself to be in touch with the miracle of love.
Love.
Love.
Whenever anything goes wrong within your mind,
Within yourself,
It has no power over the power of love.
Love.
Love.
All the situations in the world that you feel you need to control or change,
None of them have the power over love.
Love.
Love.
Remembering all the things in our past that we feel regretful for,
That we feel still stuck in,
They have no power over the power of love.
Love.
Love.
And looking to our future,
Our worries,
Our concerns,
Our trepidations of the future,
They have no power over the power of love.
Love.
Love.
Only we know that all of these things that we feel have more power are an illusion because only love,
Love,
Love is real.
Take a deep breath.
Only love is real.
Only love is real.
Only love is real.
And then we sit for a moment in silence.
Notice how you feel,
Notice your experience of yourself now.
Very good.
And we confirm and commit today.
From this moment on,
We will not ignore love,
But instead we will access the power of love in any area and all areas of our life.
And we take a big deep breath.
And slowly start to become aware of the room that you're in.
Feel the air around you,
Feel the bottoms of your feet.
Take a deep breath.
And bring your consciousness back.
Start to feel your legs,
Your knees,
Your hips,
You can even start to move around a little bit if you'd like to,
Gently and easily.
Moving up your body to your lower back,
Your torso,
Your shoulders and arms.
Take a deep breath.
Up to your neck and rolling our neck around a little bit.
Just to start to really come back to waking consciousness in the room you're in.
And now your head.
Very good.
And now we're going to bring ourselves all the way back,
Counting backwards from five.
Five,
You hear my voice,
You're aware.
Four,
You're a little bit more in touch with yourself again in the physical world.
Three,
You definitely can feel yourself,
All your extremities,
Your body.
Two,
You start to really get that you're awake.

You're basically here.
