In this guided sound journey meditation, you will experience greater relaxation and awareness of your thoughts, feelings, and life force energy. We will begin by sitting upright and engaging in a rhythmic breathing practice, extending exhale twice the length of our inhale for deep relaxation. The practice will then open up into a mindfulness activity to help you become aware of your thoughts, feelings, and a deeper sense of being in the present moment as the music expands and deepens.
