Matthew Carter wrote this song on a trip up BC, Canada's Sunshine Coast while exploring alone time, time away from social media, and most importantly time away from cannabis, which had taken center stage in his life for far too long. For Matthew, getting to know who he was sober was a hugely important part of his personal growth.
