Good morning,

Welcome to this morning meditation.

The first actions after getting up are critical because they set the tone for the day,

Putting you in a certain state of mind.

It is therefore important to start your day the right way by being well grounded.

Grounding,

This is the theme of today's meditation.

Settle in a place where you will not be disturbed.

Sit with your back straight,

Feet flat on the floor,

And gently close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

Hold your breath a few seconds and breathe out slowly through your mouth to release all the air out of your lungs.

Repeat this breathing twice.

And return to the natural rhythm of your breathing.

Now let's become aware of your five senses.

What sounds can you hear around you?

What can you smell?

What taste do you have in your mouth?

Where are you touching?

Become aware of the weight of your feet on the ground.

They are flat and attached to it and will remain so throughout the session because they are your grounding point,

Your grounding center.

Now what can you see or what would you like to see?

Follow me to the meadow for this visualization.

You are sitting on this same chair or on the same ground but in a new environment.

And become aware of your five senses.

What can you hear?

There are birds chirping,

Birds song.

Can you notice the sound of the wind blowing through the tree leaves?

Now what do you feel?

Breathe in the fresh morning grass smell,

The scent of the blooming spring trees.

Can you smell the very subtle scent of white flowers that surround us?

How is your physical body feeling?

Wave your hands around you.

You can reach the daisies brushing against your fingers with the wind.

How does that feel?

Now become aware of the thick carpet of soft fresh grass underneath your feet and always stay connected to your breathing.

Raise your head towards the sky and feel the sunshine in your face warming up your cheeks.

These warm morning white rays provide you with positive energies for the day and bring you love.

In return,

Through these rays,

Send all your gratitude to the universe.

Feel internally the reasons why you are happy to spend another day on this earth.

Now what do you see?

Visualize green meadows full of white flowers with a few trees far away surrounding a lake.

There are also animals,

Farms and the sound of bells that seems far away.

There might be a village close by.

Can you see it?

Visualize looking all around you to try to find it and remain connected to your breathing.

If your thoughts bring you to places other than this beautiful meadow in which you are feeling relaxed,

Simply return to the sensation of your five senses which allow you to be fully present in this meadow,

Living this moment in a mindful way.

Now bring your awareness to your feet on the fresh and fluffy grass.

Let both your feet sink deeply below the surface.

They feel heavier,

Heavier and heavier.

Visualize roots going down from the soles of your feet as far as possible towards the center of the earth.

Use the natural rhythm of your breathing to gradually create these roots,

Sinking deeper and deeper and deeper.

These roots are very powerful as they are grounding you in the present moment and in the physical reality on this earth with which you are in perfect harmony.

Whenever you are ready,

Bring your consciousness back to where you were before joining me in the meadow.

Gently move your fingers,

Your toes and when you are ready you can open your eyes.

Stretch if you need and wait a little bit before looking at your phone to keep the benefits of this grounding practice as long as possible.

Have a beautiful day.

Namaste.
