Universe,
Thank you for the wisdom of this full buck moon.
Thank you for reminding me that all of nature moves in seasons.
Nothing blooms forever.
Nothing sheds forever.
Everything is invited to grow again.
Just as the buck regrows its antlers each year,
Stronger,
Wiser,
And ready for what lies ahead,
I trust that I too am always capable of renewing what matters most.
Help me release the belief that what I've lost can never return.
Replace fear with faith.
Replace doubt with trust.
Replace scarcity with the knowing that life is always creating something new.
Show me where I have outgrown old ways of thinking,
Old relationships,
Old stories,
Old versions of myself.
Give me the courage to shed them with gratitude.
May I remember that letting go is never the end of my story.
It is simply making room for stronger roots.
A wiser heart,
And a more authentic life.
Help me stand tall in the truth of who I am,
Not shrinking,
Not hiding,
Not apologizing for the light you've placed within me.
Like the buck who never questions whether his antlers will return.
Help me trust the quiet intelligence of my own becoming.
When I forget.
Guide me back to my breath.
Guide me back to my values.
Guide me back to the knowing that everything I truly need is already growing within me.
Tonight,
Beneath this full black moon,
I choose to release what no longer serves me.
I choose to welcome the strength that is returning.
And I choose to believe that I am always becoming exactly who I was created to be.
And so it is.
