Let's begin by tuning into your senses,

Starting with your hearing.

What can you hear that's the furthest away from you?

And now,

What can you hear that's the closest?

Allow this awareness to ground you into this present moment,

Softening in your shoulders,

Releasing your jaw,

And bringing the tongue to the roof of your mouth,

Deepening your breath,

And being here now.

On your next in-breath,

I invite you to join me in bringing your hand to your heart space,

And repeating today's promise.

I promise to set healthy boundaries to protect my energy.

What would it look like for you to prioritize what matters most to you today?

What boundaries might you set without guilt?

What might you change,

Delegate,

Ask for help with?

What would it look like for you to truly prioritize your well-being today,

And knowing that serves everyone around you?

Once you have your answer,

I invite you to bow your head ever so slightly towards your heart,

Just saying thank you.

Thank you for this guidance.

Thank you for steering me in the direction of my values,

And thank you for giving me permission to be human.

Closing this practice,

Let's take a final big breath in,

Holding it at the top,

And a big exhalation out,

Releasing your hands,

Wiggling your fingers,

Your toes,

Fluttering your eyes open,

And reminding yourself that you get to set healthy boundaries to prioritize your well-being.

When you do that,

You not only make your world a better place,

But everyone around you benefits.
