
Simple 61-Point Body Scan

This short practice is a simple body scan of 61 points. You are invited to use your creativity in this body scan, especially if it becomes a regular practice. Think of your awareness taking on the form of something that would be nurturing for you and your body. For example, taking the element of water around the body, and just like water restores and replenishes, your awareness can bring those qualities throughout the land of the body, of your body. This is a great practice to eventually memorize, and it is very simple and easy to do so after a couple of practice rounds. Then the practice becomes yours, and you will not need this recording anymore. You can do this practice anywhere that you can safely be still and turn inwards. A comfortable chair would work, though if you’d like the best result, lie right down. Wishing you a lovely rest.
