Snippets of Wisdom,
Number 63,
Empowerment Through Trauma.
How do you feel about your past trauma?
Do you feel like a victim?
Do you feel that it was unfair that you went through it?
Were you harmed,
Abandoned?
Do you struggle to process all that you've gone through so that it still brings up raw emotions?
I had a light bulb in the soul moment about how we are empowered through trauma.
I read a quote from Abraham Hicks that said,
Everyone who comes into this physical experience knows what they are signing on for.
Things are always working out for everyone because everyone gets to live life and everyone gets to experience contrast and everyone gets to make their personal choices about what they prefer and everyone gets to launch those into the vortex.
For years,
I tried to reconcile the trauma in my past and view it in a more positive light,
But I've struggled with the idea of why I would have signed on for all of it.
Then it hit me.
If I really knew what I was signing on for and I did experience such strong traumatic contrast,
That must mean that I also knew it would be valuable to make my personal choices for improvement and expanding the all that is.
Choosing my personal preferences is my superpower.
Imagine the huge expansion I just created by experiencing trauma.
This is true empowerment through trauma.
My soul knew it was okay to sign on to experiencing trauma early and later in life.
Each time I was powerfully creating what I preferred,
Improvement,
And that expanded not only myself,
But also the all that is.
I don't want to waste this opportunity for joyful expansion.
Just imagine how powerful we are.
We were okay with it all when we came into this life,
So there is no injustice.
There is no abuse that we don't have the power to shift.
If we continue to feel like a victim and wallow in our past trauma,
We will continue to attract more of the same experiences that feel like victimhood.
But if we choose to see ourselves as powerful creators of our reality,
We will stand in our power and know that all is well,
That all is working out for us.
It's all about shifting from a powerless victim mentality to a powerful sovereign mentality.
Yes,
Nasty things may have been our experience,
But we have the power to ask for our preferences of improvement,
Which expands it for everyone in mass consciousness,
In the all that is.
If we focus on our pain and trauma,
We expand that negative energy into mass consciousness.
Yes,
We're that powerful.
We affect the all that is with our choice of directed attention.
Feeling bad in victimhood indicates it's a lie,
Release it.
It feels better to choose our power to create a better life experience.
Empower yourself through the trauma.
Expand your preference for safety,
Security,
Peace,
And well-being.
And watch how you impact the world for good.
Big hugs,
Marianne.
