The purpose of this guided meditation is to activate the vibration of love and joy.
Open your heart and mind to your higher power within.
Get comfortable and settle into a seated position or laying down.
Let's begin with a few deep breaths to summon life force through you.
Gently close your eyes.
Relax and begin to melt into your position.
Take a few more deep breaths as you scan your body for any tension that needs to be released.
Relax and release any lingering tension.
With another deep breath,
Inhale allowance and with an audible sigh,
Exhale resistance.
As I pause after each affirmation,
Take those moments to allow yourself to really feel into each one as you return to your natural high vibration of joy.
Let's begin.

For holding me as your pure positive object of attention.
You see me as pure positive energy.
I affirm that I am a loving extension of Source energy and embody joy.
I begin today by loving and accepting every part of myself inside and out exactly as I am.
Today I look for beauty in everyone and everything.
Today wherever I need anything,
I know that it will be provided.
I am grateful for all the good that is coming my way.
Today I set the intention to be aware of my blessings and appreciate each one.
When I think of others,
I affirm that they are happy and healthy and that all is well in their world.
Abundance comes to me from expected and unexpected sources and I express appreciation for all of it.
I am grateful for my unlimited energy today as I use it well.
This is a harmonious,
Loving,
Peaceful season of my life.
I am at peace with the time available to me and I use it wisely.
I now allow new and wonderful things to come into my life.
I am open and receptive to all that is good.
Change and surprise are evident everywhere I go today.
I look with delight at all I see.
Beauty surrounds me.
I make sure that the foods and beverages I ingest contribute to my vibrant health.
I share my love and joy with everyone I meet.
Life is enjoyable.
I open my home to guests with love.
My home is a happy place and I bless everyone who walks through the door,
Including myself.
My friends are loving and supportive.
Everyone is surrounded by the flow of well-being at all times.
Well-being is our natural state.
Loving others is easy when I love and accept myself first.
Humor and joy contribute to my overall well-being.
Compliments are gifts of prosperity.
I have learned to accept them graciously.
Life is very simple every day.
What I give out,
I get back.
Every day I give myself permission to do whatever gives me the most pleasure.
I am centered,
Calm,
And balanced.
I am freedom,
Clarity,
And unconditional love.
No condition must change for me to love because I am love.
As I quiet down and focus on the beautiful things in my life,
I open myself up to my own healing powers of well-being.
I am aligned with who I really am.
My purpose in this life is to experience as much joy as possible.
I am joy embodied.
As we close this time of meditation,
Be grateful that you have taken time to align with who you really are as pure positive energy.
Take three more final deep breaths,
Thanking this energetic life force that is breathing you and for its support and guidance,
Knowing that it is always there for you.
My force is always as close as your next breath.
When you are ready,
You may wiggle your fingers and toes to signal to your body that you are returning to the present moment.
As you open your eyes,
Remember the feeling of pure positive energy that supports you in every moment.
