What story are you telling about your life?

You'll know what your story has been by what's showing up.

What experiences are dominant?

That's the story you've been telling.

Want a better life?

Tell a better story.

I wrote this in my journal recently to remind myself to tell my best story.

Every bit of our life experience happens because of the story we tell.

Tell a better story.

We truly are creating our realities through the stories we tell.

Are we telling stories about what is currently happening that we may or may not like?

If we don't like what's happening,

We do have the capacity to dream bigger and tell that story.

We have the ability to imagine the best life because we have the ability to focus our thoughts.

Our stories are simply thoughts we keep repeating,

So why not choose thoughts from our wonderful imagination to tell?

If we're talking about what's happening,

More of the same will happen,

And that's great if we like what's happening.

If what's happening is not pleasing to us,

We can spend some time dreaming about what we'd really love to be living.

Write that story and feel all the amazing feels of that story until the universe can't help but deliver that storyline into your life experience.

I love this quote from Abraham Hicks that I included in a journal keepsake book I wrote,

You're telling us about what will be because what you're telling is coming.

What you're living always matches the consistent vibration that you are offering.

We are the visualizers,

Scripters,

And realizers of our vibrational stories.

We give everyone we encounter a part to play.

Let's dream up the best script for everyone because we are all worthy,

Deserving,

And brilliant,

Ready to receive the goodness of a joyous and happy life.

Dream big and tell that story.
