I asked the many what I needed to know about allowing more joy,
And this was their message.
Ah,
Joy.
It's who we all are.
You know how humans get accused of talking about themselves too much and it gets irritating?
Well,
That's how we feel about joy because it's who we are and we love talking about it.
So we're actually talking about ourselves and you,
By the way.
Since we are one and the same,
Joy is us.
We are joy.
Get it?
Get it?
Joy is really who you are.
So talk about it,
Revel in it,
Be happy about it,
Tell others about it,
And if they don't feel it,
They can.
Remember,
Joy is not dependent on conditions.
Nothing has to change to be perfect for you to experience joy.
It's a feeling choice.
It's an attribute of who you are.
It simply is.
It is eternal.
You can't distinguish its life.
It is life.
You can choose to pinch yourself off from its flow as a feeling,
But it never dies or ends.
It is never ending,
Eternal and ever present.
You simply must let it in.
Joy is you.
You are joy.
Allow its flow through you.
That's alignment with your inner being,
With us,
With the source of all.
Allow yourself to be joy.
