Activate Your Vibration.
How do you know what your vibration is doing?
How can you know that you're vibrating at a frequency that will attract what you want?
For a long time I made this way too complicated.
I didn't know if I was producing the right vibration or not.
What if I vibrated the wrong frequency?
Would I cause myself all kinds of unnecessary problems?
When is the most important time to focus on my vibration?
Some time ago I read this quote from Abraham Hicks.
Here's what they said.
So everything is much simpler than you have thought because this moment where all your power is is the only moment in which you can activate a vibration.
It's taken a while for me to understand that everything is in our now.
It doesn't matter if we're ruminating about the past,
Gazing into the future,
Or focused on something that just happened.
We're doing it all in our now.
Power exists only in the now,
This moment.
This is when we powerfully create the momentum toward whatever we're thinking about now.
Everything is activated in our now.
Everything we want and everything we don't want.
When we think a thought and experience an emotion,
It's activated moment by moment.
So we need to consider the vibrations we're activating.
You've probably been on your spiritual path for a while and you understand that when you feel good,
You are in alignment with your inner being.
When you feel bad,
You are arguing with what your inner being knows,
Thinks,
And feels about you in that very moment.
In either case,
You are activating your vibration.
Let's be more aware of how we're feeling,
Because our emotions are our energy in motion.
They indicate the vibration we have activated.
I always suggest that my clients set alarms on their phones a few times a day.
When the alarm sounds,
I instruct them to take a barometer reading of how they're feeling,
Then adjust the vibrational pressure accordingly.
If they're feeling good,
It's full steam ahead.
If they're feeling bad,
Stop,
Breathe,
And adjust their thoughts to activate a vibration that is more pleasing and in agreement with their inner beings.
Activate your vibration by making feeling good your number one priority.
An easy way to do that is a daily meditation practice,
Listening to prayers and inspiring talks that uplift you,
Which activate your vibration into high gear.
