
Deep Sleep Meditation: Immune Support

Delta waves, the slowest brainwaves, are linked to deep sleep and healing. They promote restorative sleep, reduce stress, and enhance well-being. For an enriched experience with binaural beats, use headphones, but feel free to listen in any way that feels comfortable. You don’t need to focus on every word. Let them flow through you, allowing your subconscious mind to absorb the calming messages. This is the fourth session in The Deep Sleep Meditation Series by Mary.
