Today's me time is about receiving your desires.

To begin,

Make yourself comfortable,

Close your eyes,

And take a slow deep breath in.

Hold your breath for a few seconds,

And then as you slowly release your breath,

Let go of tension,

Stress,

And worries.

Let yourself completely relax.

Now,

Bring your focus to your heart space,

And allow your heart to open and expand as you fully receive the following words.

Many of us spent our early years believing that we needed to put the needs and desires of others in front of our own needs and desires,

But that's not how it's supposed to be.

We now know that we can be of greatest service to others when we first bring our own energetic state into alignment with our heart's desires.

One of the easiest ways to do this is through daily meditation.

When we meditate,

We shift our energy out of our headspace and into our heart space.

When we are focused on our heart space,

Our emotions and feelings will naturally rise up to higher and higher vibrations.

From this better feeling place,

This higher vibration,

We can easily become an energetic match to our heart's desires.

Now,

In this moment,

Feel into the loving energy of your heart space.

This beautiful energy is the real you.

Here are some affirmations that can help you become more of an energetic match to your heart's desires.

I choose to spend my time in my heart space.

I choose to live with an open heart.

I am willing to listen to the calling of my heart.

I am willing to let it be easy.

I am willing to do my part.

I am willing to take an inspired step in the direction of my dreams.

I am willing to accept that I am worthy.

I am enough.

I am willing to open my heart even more to receive the desires of my heart.

I am willing to receive.

I choose to receive my desires with my heart wide open.

I see myself receiving all of my heart's desires.

Receiving my desires feels amazing.

Receiving my desires feels like excitement and gratitude and relief.

Receiving my desires feels like floating and flying and freedom.

Receiving my desires is easy.

I choose to receive my desires with gratitude and with ease.

I choose to let it be easy.

I know that as I practice receiving my heart's desires,

My energetic frequency will continue to rise higher and higher.

As my energetic frequency continues to rise higher and higher to match my desires,

I feel as though I could fly.

And for the next few minutes,

Let your imagination take you on a magnificent journey.

Now,

Bring your focus into your heart space once again and feel yourself receiving all of your heart's desires.

Let an intention to carry this feeling with you as you go about your day.

Choose to let it be easy.

When you are ready,

Bring your awareness back to your physical surroundings and open your eyes.
