Hello again and welcome back.
Today's meditation is for those who are feeling called to help others through a spiritual based business.
Let's begin by getting comfortable.
Close your eyes.
Inhale slowly and deeply.
Hold your breath for a few seconds and as you exhale let go of worries,
Doubts and fears.
Inhale one more time.
And as you exhale choose to let go of anything that is holding you back in life.
Feel yourself relaxing as you release all that no longer serves you.
This is your time to simply be.
Now bring your attention to your heart space.
Imagine that your heart is a big energetic ball of light.
This bright ball of light is where you are completely safe,
Loved and cared for.
This bright ball of light is your heart,
The center of your being.
Now imagine that your heart is opening wide and this energetic ball of light is expanding to fill up your entire body.
Feel into this inner energy that is flowing within your body.
And notice that as you continue to focus on that life force within you,
You can feel the energy becoming stronger and expanding outward into your aura and beyond.
The energetic ball of bright light is getting bigger and bigger and now it is completely surrounding you.
Feel into this brilliant and powerful energy field of love and light that is all around you and within you.
As you continue to hold your focus within your spacious and loving energy field,
Invite your heart to open up even more to fully receive the following words.
