Hello again and welcome back.

Today's healthy body meditation will bring you into your inner space of pure possibility,

The place where you are completely aligned with the greatest version of yourself.

To begin,

Make yourself comfortable.

Close your eyes.

Inhale slowly and deeply.

Hold your breath for a few seconds and exhale,

Releasing all that needs to be released from your body.

Allow your body to sink into a deep relaxation.

Connect with each breath and notice as you are breathing in and breathing out.

This is your time to simply be.

Now,

Bring your attention to your heart space.

Feel the loving energy radiating from your heart.

Feel the loving energy radiating from your heart.

As you continue to hold yourself in the energy of your heart,

Connect with the following words.

My body is a gift.

I treat it with love and respect.

I love to eat food that nourishes and energizes me.

When my body needs to be active,

I feel inspired to be active in ways that I enjoy.

My body is a gift.

I treat it with love and respect.

I love to eat food that nourishes and energizes me.

When my body needs to be active,

I feel inspired to be active in ways that I enjoy.

Again,

My body is a gift.

I treat it with love and respect.

I love to eat food that nourishes and energizes me.

When my body needs to be active,

I feel inspired to be active in ways that I enjoy.

Repeat these phrases silently in your mind and receive them fully into your heart.

Visualize yourself in perfect health.

Feel the powerful energy of your life force flowing throughout your body as you easily breathe in and breathe out.

Have an intention to carry your improved feeling with you as you continue on with your day.

When you are ready to end this meditation,

Simply bring your awareness back to your physical surroundings.

Open your eyes and smile.
