Hello again and welcome back.
This energy boost meditation will reconnect you with your infinite source of pure universal energy,
And will leave you feeling recharged and energized.
To begin,
Make yourself comfortable and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in and breathe out any tension or stress that you may be feeling.
Take another deep breath in and breathe out tension.
Take one more deep breath in and as you exhale,
Let go of all remaining tension.
Feel yourself becoming very,
Very relaxed.
Now imagine a large cone shaped funnel directly over your head.
The bottom point of the funnel is just above the crown of your head and you can see the funnel opening up and stretching out to the vast heavens above.
Now imagine that a brilliant light of pure energy is being poured into the top of this funnel.
You can see this energy easily flowing down the funnel toward you.
And when it reaches the bottom of the funnel,
This pure energy flows out of the funnel and into the top of your head.
You watch as this beautiful energy is flowing down through your headspace,
Down your neck,
Down your shoulders and arms,
Into your hands and fingers,
And then back up your arms to your neck.
And then you see this beautiful energetic light flowing down through your upper body,
Through your heart space,
Through your abdominal space,
Down through your waist,
Through your hips,
Down your legs,
And into your feet and toes.
As you continue to watch this pure energy flowing through the funnel and then down through you,
You notice that the volume of energy is growing and expanding.
And you can see that the energy is continually moving faster and faster.
It now seems as though you are standing under a huge waterfall of this beautiful and brilliant energy.
You can sense more and more of this energy flowing through you.
And you are amazed at the power and beauty of this energy.
You are completely immersed in this waterfall of pure and endless energy.
And you now notice that your body has been transformed into radiant light.
This radiant light is pure energy.
This pure energy is the very essence of love,
Peace,
And joy.
This pure energy is the very essence of you.
You are pure light.
You are love.
You are peace.
You are joy.
And now,
The following words are coming through this waterfall of pure energy and are being expressed by you.
I am light.
I am love.
I am peace.
I am joy.
I am energy.
I am pure positive energy.
I am limitless and abundant energy.
I am thankful for all that I am and for all that I am becoming.
I am light.
I am love.
I am peace.
I am joy.
I am energy.
I am pure positive energy.
I am limitless and abundant energy.
I am thankful for all that I am and for all that I am becoming.

For the next few minutes,
Continue to rest within this powerful and infinite flow of loving energy.
Feel the energy washing over you,

As you begin to return your attention back to your physical surroundings,

Simply open your eyes and continue on with your day feeling energized,
