Welcome to today's meditation,

Law of attraction,

Attracting anything that you need today.

So finding a comfortable place to sit,

Just settle yourself and take a deep breath in through your nose.

Very slowly exhale through your mouth,

Just allowing your body to soften.

Take a moment to decide upon what you need today.

Set your intention for this meditation.

I will begin with some suggestions that you may wish to repeat in your mind quietly or out loud.

You may decide to replace these with your own suggestions of what you need as we move through this meditation together.

So when you're ready,

Softly closing your eyes and we're going to focus on our breath.

Breathing in through your nose for a count of four.

Hold it for a moment at the top and exhale slowly for the count of eight.

And repeat this two more times.

Breathing in,

Hold it and exhale slowly for the count of eight.

Focusing on your intentions.

I am healthy.

I am happy.

I am peaceful.

I am loved.

I am safe.

I am free.

I trust myself.

I am healthy.

I am happy.

I am peaceful.

I am loved.

I am safe.

I am free.

I trust myself.

I am healthy.

I am happy.

I am peaceful.

I am loved.

I am safe.

I am free.

I trust myself.

I am healthy.

I am happy.

I am peaceful.

I am loved.

I am safe.

I am free.

I trust myself.

When you can continue with these suggestions,

Allow them to sink into your subconscious mind.

Feel them and let them become your reality.

Reminding yourself as you go through the day.

I am healthy.

I am happy.

I am peaceful.

I am loved.

I am safe.

I am free.

I trust myself.

So in a moment we are going to come back out into this space.

Just start to wiggle your toes and your fingers and become aware of your body.

And when you are ready slowly open your eyes and notice a soft smile on your face.

And have a beautiful day.
