Hi and welcome to our mindfulness meditation today we are going to connect with our body and feel that endless energy source that is inside us the energy of life it comes from silent deep space beyond body and mind but our physical body helps us to access it it works as a portal and the way to activate the portal is to calm your mind and bring presence in the body and just realize that the energy is there to feel it I invite you to sit comfortably in a posture that allows you to keep your back straight and rest of your body relaxed close your eyes take a deep breath and while exhaling relax your body even more repeat several times put your hand on upper belly making that connection that helps you to bring presence to the body pay all your attention to that connection point feel it's it grounds you sense the touch of your palm skin to the fabric of your clothes notice the warm sensation there if your mind takes your attention with thinking gently with no judgment just bring it back to your palm from there embrace whole of your body with your attention start with barely feel the life in there so many processes are happening there and they never stop shift your focus to the hips and buttocks but same time try to keep it on belly to hold the area include legs and feet feel the vibration of life in there you can take your hand off the belly and just rest it now include the chest area arms hands there is a lot of energy in your hands make sure you keep that connection between upper and lower body all of it is in your attention now if you notice yourself automatically focus on thinking just bring it back to your body with gratitude for noticing the process now move to head and neck connect that area with rest of the body take a few deep breaths letting yourself just be and feel your body from inside this makes you completely present notice how exactly do you sense your body does it feel us warm vibration or tickling or just emptiness identify the sensation realize that it's there and you can feel it because it is energy realize that everything in the world including yourself is living energy this type of energy doesn't need generator it's always there and you are part of it let that energy feel your body when it's full let it pour out and whatever was food is feeling again the process doesn't stop all this energy belongs to you just because you are alive to exit the meditation find the spot on your body where you feel the most physical connection with environment either it's your bottom touching the floor or your feet soles touching the floor or your skin feels the air temperature focus on this sensation for a moment when ready slowly open your eyes welcome back and thank you for being here
