It's morning and I invite you to take a minute for yourself.

Take a few deep breaths in through the nose and out through your mouth.

Make them slow and focus on the sensation of the breath.

Bring awareness to your body starting from your toes and moving up to the top of your head.

Now I invite you to focus on the present moment.

Let go of all of your thoughts and distractions.

Focus on the sensation of your body and up in present moment.

I encourage you to take the mindfulness into your day.
