Let's find a comfortable position,
Either seated or if you prefer,
Lie down.
If you feel comfortable,
Let's gently close your eyes and begin to relax.
Inhale and exhale,
Relax your shoulders,
Your neck,
Soften your jaw,
And slowly begin to enter in our inner space,
Our safe place.
Breathe and stay present with your breath.
Observe your body as it breathes.
You can visualize the breath as a gentle breeze caressing your face.
Breathe in this sense of peace,
Here and now.
Your attention is turned inward.
The mind is calm and relaxed.
We are safe in this space and in this moment.
Now bring your attention and your breath to the base of the spine and let it flow upward.
Feel it move all the way up the spine to the crown of the head and then back down to the base.
Let the breath wash away all tension,
All negative thoughts,
All heavy responsibilities.
Let it bring awareness and wisdom into your heart.
Breathe in.
Now bring your attention to your heart.
Let the breath take you deeper into this sacred space.
You may visualize a warm light radiating from the center of your heart.
Can you feel a strong sense of connection?
This is the moment to plant the seed of your Sankalpa.
Think about what you would like to manifest in your life right now,
Something that depends on your will,
Your deepest desire.
It could be a character trait you want to develop or a personal or professional goal.
Formulate your Sankalpa as a short sentence and express it in the present tense.
Repeat it silently to yourself three times.
Dig deep into your heart and plant your seed.
Let your inner light illuminate it and your awareness nourish it.
Remember the words of the wise Rumi,
What you seek is seeking you.
Don't forget,
Where you direct your attention,
Your action will flow.
Feel peace,
Joy and connection in this moment.
Repeat your Sankalpa again,
Let it flow within you.
Feel its roots expanding deep inside you.
Slowly,
Return to your natural breath.
It's time to continue your journey with new awareness.
Now,
Everything is aligned.
Stay with your breath for a few moments and when you feel ready,
Gently,
Very gently,
Open your eyes.
Follow your intention and remember,
Everything is always possible.
