Autumn is a season that gently invites us inward. As the days grow shorter and the first cool winds arrive, we may feel a touch of melancholy. Yet this moment of transition is also an opportunity to pause, to look within, and to release what no longer serves us. By letting go, we create space to root ourselves more deeply and gather new vital energy - energy that will help us blossom again in spring. Meditation supports this inner journey. It help us to find our center, ground ourselves, and gently shed the dry branches of the past. With awareness, with calm, with presence. Enjoy your practice!

Welcome back friends to our meditation space.

This is the time of the year that invites us to slow down,

To look within rather than outside.

Nature accompanies us on this journey with its warm colors.

The lush green gives a way to shades of orange.

It's the moment to let go of what no longer serve us on our path and to lay new foundations for what awaits us.

So let's begin.

Find a comfortable position in a quiet place.

Take a deep breath and as you exhale gently close your eyes.

Focus on your breath.

Let go of your thoughts and follow your breathing.

Inhale,

Hold,

Exhale.

Inhale,

Hold,

Exhale.

Feel the tension slowly sliding away from your neck,

Your shoulders and your back.

Inhale,

Hold,

Exhale.

Again,

Inhale,

Hold,

Exhale.

Now turn your attention inward.

Visualize a beautiful autumn day and yourself deciding to take a walk in a park.

The sun is out but the air is crisp.

You are on the main path and around you the trees have lost most of their leaves,

Creating a carpet of colors shifting from brown to orange and yellow.

One tree in particular catches your attention.

It's an ancient tree standing out among the others for its grandeur.

You stop for a moment to observe it.

It has let go of the most of its leaves and even some small dry branches that now rest at its feet.

It's always been there,

Even before the park was built around it.

It has survived years and seasons.

It knows when it's time to let go and when to draw nourishment from its base.

Its roots are firmly anchored in the ground.

When the outside becomes harsh,

It draws energy from within,

Adapting and creating new strength and new vital sap.

Now is the moment of release.

Soon the time to rest will arrive,

Welcoming the winter.

Its roots will nourish it and prepare it to bloom again in the spring.

Only by letting go now can it lay new foundations to blossom once more and make space for what it comes.

Now is the moment to free yourself from what you no longer need,

To practice detachment,

To let the dry branches fall.

It's time to trust the path.

It's time to look within and draw new life energy.

Let go.

Stay positive.

Trust.

Believe in yourself.

You have everything you need to bloom again.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Gently begin to move your fingers and toes.

Loosen your neck.

And when you feel ready,

Open your eyes again.
