Imagine yourself walking along a beautiful beach on a warm summer evening.
Feel the pleasure of your feet touching the shoreline.
You can really sense it.
A gentle breeze caresses your face.
You can hear the sound of the waves lapping the shore.
And above you is a majestic sky full of shining stars.
It surrounds you,
Filling you with a sense of peace.
As you walk,
You can see a bonfire on the beach.
You're drawn to the crackling of the flames.
Sit around the fire.
It's light and warm,
Gently touches your face.
Stay with this feeling for a moment.
In front of you,
On the sand,
You notice a notepad and a pen.
Pick them up.
Now,
Write down on the pad three things you want to let go of in your life.
They can be big or small things.
For example,
A dream that didn't come true and that you want to release to make space for a bigger one.
Or a habit or behavior you'd like to let go of but haven't found the strength to.
Or even a physical object you no longer need but find hard to part with.
Imagine yourself writing down these three things one by one.
Take your time.
Now,
Tear the sheet from the pad and fold it,
Holding it tightly in your hand.
Bring your hand to your heart and start to feel all the negative emotions connected to what you want to release.
Sadness.
Frustration.
Anger.
Pain.
Disappointment.
Create a connection with these emotions.
Feel them on your skin first,
Then watch them flow out of you.
See them move from the center of your heart to your hand and into the paper you are holding tightly.
Notice how you feel now.
Your heart is free from those emotions.
It feels lighter.
It's as if the negative energy has left every cell of your body and been channeled into the piece of paper.
Breathe in this sense of lightness and silently repeat to yourself.
It's time to let go.
Now,
Release the paper and throw it into the bonfire in front of you.
Watch the flames consume the paper and all the negative energy it holds.
Just observe until every last fragment has been burned and turned to ash.
Repeat,

Trust and move forward with a light heart.
Now,
There is space within you for all the beautiful things that can happen.
Inhale and exhale.
And as you exhale,
Gently let go of the visualization.
Begin to return awareness to your physical body.
You can move your fingers and your toes.
Roll your neck and shoulders.
And when you feel ready,
Open your eyes.
