Welcome back,

Dear friends,

To our meditation space.

There are moments in life when we feel stuck,

Trapped in situations that no longer fit us,

Or in relationships where we no longer recognize ourselves.

At times,

It's easy to feel overwhelmed.

It may seem as if there is no way out,

But there is always a way.

Find a comfortable place where we can be quiet and undisturbed.

Sit on the floor,

On a meditation cushion,

Or if you prefer,

On a chair.

If it feels more natural,

You can also lie down.

Gently,

Close your eyes and begin to connect with your breath.

Start listening inwardly,

Turning your attention within.

Inhale,

Feel the air entering your lungs,

Bringing in fresh oxygen.

Exhale,

And let go of all tension.

Breathe in,

Feel the cool air entering through your nostrils.

Breathe out,

Release everything you no longer need.

Thoughts,

Worries,

Your to-do list.

This is your time and your space.

The body slowly relaxes.

The mind becomes still.

Now,

Prepare for a visualization.

Imagine walking along a path through a forest on a warm summer day.

The shade of the trees is pleasant,

Protecting you from the sun shining high in the sky.

As you walk,

You enjoy this comforting sensation.

You listen to the song of the cicades accompanying your steps.

Around you,

Shades of green,

From the deepest to the brightest,

Fill your eyes with peace and beauty.

As you continue,

You begin to hear the sound of water,

Faint at first,

Then gradually closer.

Sunbeams filter through the branches,

Warming your face with a gentle glow.

The sound of water grows nearer and nearer.

The path opens before you,

Revealing a breathtaking view.

A small crescent-shaped lake nestled within the forest like a jowl.

From the rock wall at the far end,

A majestic waterfall cascades down into the lake.

Take this scene before you.

Everything around you fills you with a deep sense of peace and well-being.

The day is warm,

So you decide to remove your clothes and step into the cool water.

First,

Your feet.

Stay for a moment with this pleasant sensation.

Then,

Your knees.

Then,

Your waist.

Your legs begin to feel lighter,

As if releasing all the weariness they've carried.

Now,

You choose to immerse yourself completely and swim toward the waterfall.

Stay there,

Eyes closed.

Listen to the sound of the water.

Feel it splashing over your head,

Soaking your hair,

Running down your face,

Washing away all tiredness and sandness.

Feel your skin soften and relax.

The water flows down your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your back,

Cleansing away burdens,

Negative thoughts,

Regrets for the past and anxieties for what has yet to come.

Feel the water sliding along your body,

Purifying you.

Stay here for a while,

Eyes closed,

Heart open,

Light and free.

Now,

Return to the calm water of the lake.

You feel liberated from all the weight of the past.

Your whole body feels lighter.

You decide to surrender completely.

Turn your gaze toward the sky.

Open your arms and let your body float.

Flow.

Breathe.

Close your eyes again.

Your body drifts freely.

Your mind is at peace.

Let go and flow.

You feel cleansed,

Renewed and unbound.

It's time to flow with life,

Without resistance,

Without creating new blocks.

Flow.

And,

As you exhale,

Gently let the visualization fade.

Begin to move your fingers and toes.

Loosen your neck and shoulders.

When you feel ready,

Gently open your eyes.

And keep flowing.

Namaste.
