Good morning and welcome to this space of meditation.
Take a moment to find a comfortable position and make sure you are somewhere quiet where you can relax and be undisturbed for the time we are going to spend together.
Let's begin with a few deep breaths.
Gently bringing ourself into the present moment.
And now gently close your eyes.
Take a moment to simply notice your breath Let go of the night just passed.
Feel your breath flowing gently through your entire body.
Imagine a soft worm wave beginning at the crown of your head,
Slowly traveling down through your body,
All the way to the tips of your toes And then,
Gently,
Feel that wave moving back up again from your toes all the way to the crown of your head it's a soft,
Soothing wave surrounding you completely and gently awakening your energy Your mind and your heart are getting ready for a new beginning.
Your lungs fill with fresh,
Clean air Your chest expands.
Your shoulders open Your spine is long and straight Relax your jaw.
And now bring your attention to the space between your eyebrows.
Your third eye.
Allow yourself to become ready for visualization.
Imagine that you wake up one morning in a beautiful villa by the ocean.
You are lying in your bed.
Right in front of you there is a large window Through it you can see the sunrise.
The sky is painted in beautiful shades of pink,
And the light reflects on the ocean creating countless little golden sparkles across the water.
Take in this breathtaking view.
Listen to the sound of the waves.
Gently rolling back and forth along the shore and together with the sound of the ocean hear the call of a few seagulls welcoming this brand new day.
You begin to stretch your body slowly and gently awakening following your own natural rhythm.
Turn your head and your eyes rest on the b-side table.
It's white,
Just like the rest of the room and on the beside table you see two pairs of glasses The first pair is the pair you wear when you see everything through a negative lens.
When you don't recognize your own worth.
When you give too much importance to other people's opinions.
And forget about your own integrity and inner peace.
They are the glasses you wear when you focus only on the destination and forget to enjoy the journey.
When you don't believe in yourself enough.
When you allow the weight of everything around you to become too heavy.
When you forget what you are truly capable of.
And,
Most importantly,
When you forget what you deserve.
Now look at the second pair of glasses They are completely different.
These are the glasses you wear when you see yourself as worthy of all the beautiful things life has to offer.
They are the glasses you wear when you celebrate your achievements.
Not only the big ones,
But also every single small step you take each day towards your goals They are the glasses you wear when you notice little things.
And allow yourself to appreciate them.
When you understand that every small victory is another step along the path towards something greater.
These are the glasses you wear when every fiber of your body knows who you are.
And knows how much you are worth.
They are the glasses that make your days brighter.
They allow you to see the colors and the beautiful shades in between They allow you to enjoy the journey.
Every single day.
Every single moment.
And now remember,
The choice of which glasses you wear each morning is yours.
It does not depend on anyone else.
You have the power to choose.
The power to choose how you see yourself.
And how you see the world around you.
Now repeat these words silently to yourself.
I have the power.
I celebrate every single small step that takes me closer to where I want to be.
I see myself.
I listen to myself.
I can.
Take a deep breath in and slowly breathe out.
With every exhalation gently let go of the visualization.
Remember,
Your daily actions define who you are.
And who you choose to become.
The way you choose to see the world.
Is up to you.
Take one final deep breath Inhale and exhale slowly.
Carry this feeling of strength,
Awareness and possibility with you into your day.
Thank you for sharing this space with me.
Namaste.
