Welcome.
I wanted to share these healing affirmations that have helped me through a tough time and I hope that whatever you may be going through in your life that these affirmations may resonate with you and help you find healing and peace.
Before we begin,
I invite you to find a comfortable position either seated or lying down.
Close your eyes or soften your gaze and start to bring awareness to your breath.
Notice your breath moving in and out of your body.
As you inhale,
Find grounding in the present moment and as you exhale,
Find softening in your body.
Perhaps scanning your body from head to toe and releasing any tension you may be feeling as you continue to connect to your breath.
As you continue to deepen your breath,
I'd like to guide us in a deep breathing exercise that you can tap into if you're ever feeling anxious,
Stressed,
Or off-center.
We'll inhale to the count of four and exhale to the count of six and I'll guide us through it.
Take a deep breath in two three four and out two three four five six in two three four and out two three four five six in two three four and out two three four five six.
And I invite you to bring your breath to a natural rhythm.
Notice how you feel after deepening and lengthening your breath.
I invite you now to repeat the following affirmations silently or out loud to yourself.
I am strong.
I am safe.
I am supported.
I am loved.
I am enough.
I am healing.
I am finding peace.
I am letting go.
I have everything I need within me.
Repeating the affirmations once more.
I am strong.

I invite you to let these affirmations settle into your heart,
Into your body,
And we'll close this practice with three collective breaths together.
Inhaling deeply and exhaling out.
Two more times.
Inhaling and exhale.
Last time.
Inhaling peace and exhaling peace.
