Welcome to Kundalini Yoga,
Today's practice.
We are going to deflate the ego.
And welcome in.

To ourselves but peace for all those around us bringing peace light,

Happiness,
And health to ourselves and others.
So let's begin with warming the hands together.
Close your eyes.
Once you feel that heat in your hands.
Take your hands and cup them over your eyes.
Allowing yourself the freedom,
The permission.
To see.
Your intuition.
Tapping into your third eye.
And giving yourself this moment.
To believe and trust.
That the connection between the heart and the third eye R.
And will be.
And flow with love,
Peace.
Joy and happiness.
And then bringing the hands down in prayer pose in front of the heart.
Setting an intention.
For your practice today.
Taking a deep inhale.
And exhale.
And taking that intention and lifting it high up to the heavens.
And releasing that intention out,
Believing that you will receive grace,
You will receive the gifts of your heart's desires.
To start with our ego eradicator,
To deflate the ego,
What we're going to do is take our.

Hands and press our the tips of our fingertips into the palms of our hands take our thumbs and they're pointed out and we're going to extend our arms about 60 degrees And we're going to do breath of fire.
Breath of fire is long.
Short,
Deep breathing from the belly.
So if you wanna take a moment,
Just check.
It's in and out of the nose.
Inhale and exhale.
And we're pumping the stomach.
We'll be doing this for a set amount of time.
And.
To begin,
You may want to take a deep inhale,
Shake out the arms.
And exhale out of the mouth.
And then put the hands into position.
Raise the arms up.
Close your eyes and focus on your third eye and take a deep inhale.
Exhale.
And then inhale to begin.
Keep up so your eyes are rolled up and in.
You are inhaling and exhaling through your nose and pumping your stomach.
We are deflating the ego.
And we're getting any negative thoughts.
Any negative emotions out of the way,
Allowing us to bring in peace,
Grace,
So that you can live in the flow of what it is your heart desires in connection to your third eye.
That's the reason for the eyes rolled up and in.
So continue.
Keep up.
You will be kept up.
If ever you need to rest,
By all means,
Honor your body.
The intention is the perfection of the pose.
Pushing yourself to the point of pain is not necessary.
But if you come to that point of you can feel your body releasing any negative thoughts and emotions,
Keep breathing through it.
Keep the arms up.
You're more than halfway there.

Take a deep inhale.
Bring the thumbs to touch above the crown of the head.
Sip in a little bit more air.
And then exhale.
Inhale again.
Thumbs are touching.
Eyes are rolled up and into the third eye.
Pull up on the root chakra.
Tuck in the belly button to the spine and the chin.
The chin lock,
The throat lock.
Hold that breath for a moment.
Hold it just a little bit longer.
Exhale.
When you're ready,
Another deep inhale.
Pull up on the root chakra,
Tuck in the belly button to the spine,
The third chakra.
The chin is slightly tucked.
That's your neck.
The throat chakra,
Lock,
Hold the breath.
Keep holding it.
A little bit longer.
And when you're ready,
Exhale.
Out of the nose,
The mouth,
Whatever feels right,
Sweep the arms.
Very slowly and gently.
Around you.
Sweeping your aura,
Allowing your fingertips to come down to the ground,
And gently resting your fingertips there.
You can bring your ponds.
On top of your thighs or your knees,
Palms facing up.
Feel the energy.
Flowing in you and through you.
Close your eyes.
Put that smile on your face.
Being grateful.
For the practice.
Of ego eradicator,
Releasing anything that stands in the way,
Any mental blocks,
Emotional blocks that stand in the way of you flowing through your purpose.
Feel that energy radiating in every cell.
Especially around your torso,
Your heart,
Your head,
Your hands,
Your arms.
You As we get ready for our meditation.
Take your hands,
Put them in prayer pose.
And the thumbs are gently pressing lightly or right in front of the heart.
Eyes are rolled up and into the third eye.
Make sure you're in a comfortable seated position.
The meditation will be guided with sound,
With music,
With words.
You are welcome to just bathe in the sound and the words.
You're welcome to sing the words out loud,
Whatever feels comfortable and right for you.
We're going to be sitting here for a little bit of time,
So allow yourself.
The permission to readjust your sitting position.
Get comfortable.
And when you're ready,
Here comes a sound.

Lift that intention you set at the beginning of this practice.
Raising the hands high up to the heavens.

Release that intention out to the universe,
The divine,
Whatever it is that you choose.
To believe in whatever it is that resonates with you.
And then sweeping the fingertips very gently down to the ground.
And once the fingertips reach the ground,
Giving yourself permission.
To rest a moment just feeling feeling the grace,
The peace,
The love,
Feeling happy,
Feeling healthy,
And feeling holy.

And then bringing the hands together for the last time in prayer pose,
Pressing the thumbs into the heart center.
