Find a comfortable position,
Either sitting or lying down.
Begin with taking a deep inhale through your nose.
Slowly exhale,
Releasing the breath out of your mouth and letting go of any tension or stress.
Inhale again,
Exhale out of the mouth.
Inhale again,
Exhale out of the mouth.
Inhale again,
Exhale gently out of the mouth,
Releasing any tension or stress.
Inhale one more time through the nose,
And exhale out of the mouth.
Staying focused on your breath,
Continue to breathe deeply,
Placing your attention on the sensation of the breath entering your body and leaving your body.
Stay focused on your breath.
As you stay focused on your breath,
Start to clear your mind.
As thoughts come and go,
Acknowledge them,
But gently guide your focus back to your breath,
Allowing your mind to clear.
Begin to visualize energy by picturing a vibrant glowing light at the center of your mind.
With each inhale,
Imagine this light growing brighter and more energizing.
Feel the energy,
Sense the light spreading throughout your entire body,
Revitalizing and energizing every part of your body,
Every cell of your being.
Repeat this affirmation,
I am energized,
Focused,
And ready for whatever comes my way.
