In less than ten minutes picture more than twenty-five places and things. Use this meditation to unwind or to end the day on a good note. You are more powerful than you think!

Welcome back to Beauty Relaxation with Maribel Kings.

I want you to take a slow,

Deep inhale and a complete exhale.

As you bring awareness to your breath,

Start to notice what thoughts are going through your mind.

What are you thinking about?

Do not get caught up in your thoughts,

But just begin to notice them as they travel across your mind.

Let them go as they pass and watch them come and go.

Continue to breathe deeply.

I will start to describe settings.

I want you to allow your mind to jump immediately to those settings.

Let your mind be free to travel,

Do not become attached to any setting or image.

Think of yourself as a traveler,

Jumping from place to place in your mind.

Are you ready?

Let's begin.

Imagine an ocean,

A deep blue ocean.

A beach with white sand.

A seagull flying over the sand.

The pelicans chasing the current over the waves.

The waves crashing on the beach.

The desert,

Cactus in the desert.

A blue sky.

A cloudless blue sky.

Birds singing.

A walled garden.

Lush green grass.

Storms,

Clouds,

A cool breeze.

The crack of thunder.

The dark sky was illuminated by lightning.

A long dirt road stretching toward the horizon.

A grove of olive trees.

A farmer.

A woman pulling water from a well.

Children playing in the distance.

A tall tree stretching up to the sky.

A blue cloudy sky.

A warm sun with mountains in the distance.

Now top those mountains with snow.

A farmhouse.

A stable.

Horses enclosed in a corral.

A sunset.

A flock of blackbirds in the sky.

The hoot of an owl.

The night sky with stars.

The sounds of crickets.

An old front porch with a swing.

A cold glass of lemonade.

A warm chair next to the fireplace.

A gray cat curled on a small rug.

An old woman sipping on some tea.

A rose garden in full bloom.

A robin with a warm in its beak.

Cool dry concrete in the bottom of your feet.

White puffy clouds.

Burning candles.

Flickering flames.

Now take a slow deep inhale.

A long complete exhale.

Could you imagine all the things that I described?

Did you see yourself there?

That s your power of mental control.

Your mind is powerful.

Whenever you are ready,

You can open your eyes.

Don t forget that you have superpowers.
