Take a deep breath,
Inhaling,
Exhaling.
If you were a garden,
What would you plant in yourself and what would you nip and abort?
What parts of yourself would you cultivate if you could?
What parts would you remove?
The part that over-thinks?
The part that sabotages you at work,
In love,
In the family?
The one that tells you that you have no value,
That you cannot achieve your goals?
The part that has no control over things?
The moody one?
The one that is not present?
All those parts of you say that you are not acting with integrity,
With your reason and your heart aligned.
Imagine you walk further into the garden.
You find an arch where climbers grow.
There are crystals hanging from it that reflect the light of the afternoon sun.
Go through the arch and take a moment to breathe and see your garden,
The flowers you like the most,
Vegetables full of nutrients,
Insects and animals.
Take your time looking at it.
The the the the the the the the the garden's beds,
You find all the parts of yourself that you don't like,
In the shape of flowers and herbs.
Get closer to them,
With kindness,
With curiosity.
Connect your unconscious mind with your conscious.
Invite them to work together.
Connect those shadowy parts of you.
Ask them what they want.
The the the the the the the the moment to design consciously how you would like that bed to be.
Gather around all your energies,
All the vigor,
All that you are,
What moves you,
What you love.
Invite your loved ones if you want,
So they inspire you and give you strength.
And with that force,
With that warmth,
Give a name to the part of you that you want to transform to that plant.
Find the root of the plant you want to remove.
Gently,
Kindly,
Pull it off the ground.
Bring in those forces,
That inspiration.
When you can,
Regenerate it in your hands.
Consciously,
Decide to transform it.
Watch it change,
Its new petals,
Its scent.
You feel a breeze on your face.
The sun shines brighter,
As space opens amongst the clouds.
Your loved ones are with you,
And they look at you with affection and pride.
Let that love bathe every part of you.
Look again at your transformed plant.
Put it carefully back on the ground,
Plant it,
Water it,
And take a deep breath again.
You can come out of the arch,
From the garden's entrance,
And say goodbye to your loved ones.
Bring your awareness back into your body,
To the feeling of the pillow in your head,
The texture of your clothes.
Take two deep breaths,
Inhaling,
Exhaling,
Inhaling,
Exhaling.
You can open your eyes now.
You can open your eyes now.
You can open your eyes now.
You can open your eyes now.
