You are invited to slow down, listen, feel your feet planted gently on the ground. This session is designed to enhance awareness of your breath. In this practice we will immerse ourselves in connection, sending love across time and space. Either lay down or remain seated. We will be raising our arms above our heads for a gentle shoulder stretch but do what YOU feel inspired to do. This is YOUR meditation. I am honored you are trusting me with a bit of your time.
