Hi, This is Manal. Welcome to The Gap. The intention of this meditation is to guide you to connect with “the gap” to create a sense of infinite peace, bliss, and ease any time you may need. There is a place, between the breath in and the breath out, which I call the gap. In this gap, is a space of infinite peace, bliss and ease. This is the place of infinite freedom. This is the place of nothingness. This is the place where you can arrive anytime, from anywhere.
