The intention of this meditation is to provide a context to calibrate your Solar Plexus chakra to strengthen your sense of self-worth, Authentic power and vitality. And let us begin. We will start with 3 grounding breaths. Take a deep breath in. And release. Take another deep breath in. And release. And take a third and final deep breath in. And release. Your Solar Plexus chakra is located in your upper abdomen in the stomach area. Imagine sunflower yellow light spiraling before your Solar Plexus chakra from both the front and the back of your body. Guide this bright golden light to enter your body. Fill your cavity with this nourishing bright yellow light. Imagine your body radiating this golden yellow light. Bathe in this marvelous light. Savor the sensations. Wonderful. Take in a deep breath of self-worth. And release. Take in a deep breath of authentic power. And release. Take in a deep breath of vitality. And release. I will pause a moment to provide you the opportunity to create an intention for your chakra or for the unfolding of your day. You are worthy. You are capable. You are purpose. You are powerful.
