The intention of this meditation is to provide a context to recalibrate your root chakra to strengthen your sense of self and belonging.
And let us begin.
We will start with 3 grounding breaths.
Take a deep breath in.
And release.
Take a deep breath in.
And release.
And take a third and final deep breath in.
And release.
Your root chakra is located at the base of your spine in the tailbone area.
Imagine ruby red light spiraling before your root chakra from both the front and the back of your body.
Guide this bright ruby red light to enter your body.
Fill your cavity with this nourishing ruby red light.
Imagine your root chakra radiating this beautiful red light.
Bathe in this light.
Enjoy the sensations of this light.
Infuse this light with grounding,
Belonging,
Safety and security.
Take a deep breath in of grounding.
And release.
Take a deep breath of belonging.
And release.
Take a deep breath of safety and security.
And release.
You belong.
You are of this earth.
You are safe.
You are secure.
You are supported.
You are beautiful.
You are.
I will pause for a moment to allow you to enjoy these sensations.
