The intention of this meditation is to provide a context to recalibrate your heart chakra,
To strengthen your expressions of compassion,
Bliss and love.
And let us begin.
We will start with three grounding breaths.
Take a deep breath in and release.
Take another deep breath in and release.
Take a third and final deep breath in and release.
Your heart chakra is located at the center of your chest.
Imagine beautiful emerald green light spiraling before your heart chakra,
From both the front and the back of your body.
Guide this bright emerald light to enter your body.
Fill your cavity with this nourishing green light.
Imagine your body radiating this emerald light.
Bathe in this light.
Savor the sensations of this light.
Wonderful.
Take in a deep breath of compassion and release.
Take in a deep breath of bliss and release.
Take in a deep breath of love and release.
