Welcome to the quick dispelling of self-doubt,
A journey to clarity meditation.
The intention of this meditation is to provide a context to quickly recalibrate yourself to strengthening your sense of clarity.
For when you have a few moments and just want to rid that lingering feeling of self-doubt.
We will start with three grounding breaths.
Take a deep breath in.
And release.
Take a deep breath in.
And release.
And take a third deep breath in.
And release.
Become aware of your body.
Can you feel your self-doubt that you may be experiencing?
Localize it to a specific body part.
Your jaw,
Neck,
Heart,
Abdomen.
What does it feel like?
Tension.
Tightness.
Uneasiness.
I will pause to provide the opportunity to explore.
Wonderful.
Acknowledge these sensations.
Let it know that you see it,
Hear it,
And feel it.
You recognize that it is there.
And it's there to guide you towards clarity.
I will pause.
Wonderful.
At this point,
Surrender.
Surrender to the sensations.
Recognize that this self-doubt is leading you to a desire of clarity.
Create this opportunity of growth.
And at this point,
We will release.
Take a deep breath in.
And release.
Release all resistance,
All tension,
All those feelings of self-doubt that you connected with.
Release.
Take a deep breath in of clarity.
And release.
Take a deep breath in of knowing.
And release.
Take a deep breath in of inspiration.
And release.
I will pause another moment to give you the opportunity to connect with your clarity or to create a desire or intention for your clarity.
Be as general or as specific as you like.
Wonderful.
Enjoy the sensations that you are likely experiencing.
Allow your intentions to integrate as the day unfolds.
