Hi,

This is Manal.

Welcome to Dispelling Frustration,

A journey to surrender and acceptance.

The intention of this meditation is to provide a context to recalibrate yourself,

To strengthen your sense of acceptance,

Appreciation and happiness when you just want to rid those lingering or dominant feelings of frustration.

Let us start with three grounding breaths.

Take a deep breath in and release.

Take a deep breath in and release.

And take a third and final deep breath in and release.

Become aware of the feeling of frustration that you are experiencing.

Localize it to a specific body part.

Is it in your jaw,

Your neck,

Your heart,

Your abdomen?

What does it feel like?

Tension,

Tightness?

I will pause a moment to give you the opportunity to explore.

Acknowledge the sensations that you may have felt into.

Let it know that you see it,

Hear it and feel it.

I will pause to provide the space for that connection.

Wonderful.

At this point,

Surrender to the sensations.

Recognize that this frustration is leading you towards a desire for acceptance,

Appreciation and happiness.

Appreciate this opportunity for growth.

And at this point,

Release,

Release,

Release,

Release all of the resistance that you connected with.

Release.

Take a deep breath in of acceptance and release.

Take a deep breath in of appreciation and release.

Take a deep breath in of happiness and release.

Wonderful.

I will pause to give you an opportunity to connect with your acceptance or to create a desire or intention for acceptance,

Appreciation and happiness.

Be as general or as specific as you like.

Wonderful.
