Hi,

This is Manal.

Welcome to Affirmations for How to be Happy.

The intention of this meditation is to reinforce through affirmations how to be happy,

To empower you to calibrate to happy.

One of the most amazing feelings of the human journey is calibration towards happiness.

Many of us want to be happy but cannot seem to calibrate to happy.

Today I will provide affirmations to enable you to calibrate to happy.

Join me in invoking surrender to happiness through the following affirmations.

We will start with three grounding breaths.

Take a deep breath in.

And release.

And release.

Take another deep breath in.

And release.

Take a third and final deep breath in.

And release.

Choose to listen to these affirmations and let them impact your subconscious.

Or consciously repeat out loud or silently in your mind.

I intend on calibrating to happiness.

Because being happy just feels good.

And I care about how I feel.

I intend on focusing on building my happy muscle now.

I intend on tuning myself to happiness.

I intend on tuning to unconditional happiness.

I will not wait for my life to be as I think I want it to be.

To be happy.

I choose happy now.

Being present allows me to tune to happy.

I intend on focusing on remaining present.

I honor the strength and power of my five senses.

At any moment I can choose to smell deeply,

Enjoy the pleasure of sense all around me,

And become present.

At any moment I can choose to see purposefully.

Enjoy the pleasures of the sights around me and become present.

At any moment I can choose to truly listen to the sounds around me.

Enjoy the pleasure of all these sounds and become present.

At any moment I can choose to engage my sense of taste,

Enjoy the pleasure of food and drink,

And become present.

At any moment I can choose to engage my sense of touch,

Enjoy the pleasure of textures all around me,

And become present.

Just becoming aware of my breath is a powerful way to become present.

I have so many tools that I can leverage to become present and tune to happiness.

I recognize that I am my life's purpose.

I do not need to search for purpose.

Through recognition that I am purpose,

I align with my authentic truth.

My truth vibrates happiness.

I honor my human experience.

I honor the unfolding of my physical experience.

I honor the full range of my emotional expressions.

I honor my sadness,

Frustration,

Anger,

And all forms of resistant emotions.

I honor the journey of acknowledgement,

Recognition of the gift of resistance to guide me to growth and expansion.

I honor resistance of all forms.

I recognize resistance is a calibration towards freedom,

Worthiness,

And joy.

I appreciate my desire and willingness to grow and expand through self-awareness.

I choose to let go of all resistance.

I hold myself in care and compassion.

I trust that I am where I am meant to be.

I trust that all will unfold at the time aligned with my highest good.

And I surrender.

I surrender to the universe.

I calibrate to happy.

Happiness is freedom.

Freedom is happy.

Happiness is worthiness.

Worthiness is happy.

I choose to tune to happy.

I choose to focus on happy.

I love happy.

I am happy.

I am.

I am.

I am.

Take a deep breath in of freedom.

And release.

Take a deep breath in of worthiness.

And release.

Take a deep breath in of happiness.

And release.

Shower yourself with the universal light.

The universal light of love,

Truth,

Alignment,

Belonging,

And connection.

To all that is.

I will pause to allow these concepts to recalibrate.

If you are so called,

Invite any intentions that will orient you towards truth.

Honor your journey towards strengthening your happy muscle.

It is a joy to create the intention and the results from this focus will significantly enhance the quality of your life.

I have many meditations and courses with the intention of guiding you to find freedom,

Worthiness,

And happiness.

To guide you to calibrate to your truth.

Return to these affirmations or the meditation with the same name on a daily basis until you have fully developed your happy muscle.

Happiness is synonymous with truth,

Freedom,
