Write out your goals.
Make yourself cozy in your bed and adjust into the most comfortable position.
Make sure you will not be distracted for the duration of this story so that you deeply understand the benefits of writing down your desires and goals.
Begin to think about some goals you want to accomplish.
I'm sure some things have already come across your mind.
So zone in on one that is a short term goal,
Something you want to accomplish over the next 2-3 months.
Firmly set the intention of accomplishing this goal in the next 2-3 months time.
Picture yourself achieving this goal in a couple of months.
Make note of how it feels to achieve your goal.
Picture your surroundings with as much detail as you can.
See the colors very bright and all the action happening around you.
How does it feel in your body when you imagine accomplishing this goal?
Let the emotion of accomplishment fill you.
Now breathe deeply,
Filling your body with fresh oxygen.
And as you exhale,
Feel a gentle wave of relaxation come over you.
Take another big breath,
Allowing that relaxing feeling to grow each time you exhale.
Now fast forward and imagine a goal you want to accomplish in a year.
With your intention,
Set a long term goal that you will achieve in the next 2-3 years of time.
See yourself achieving this goal.
Look around and see all the details around you,
People,
Objects,
Nature or whatever else you see.
Picture it as vividly as you can.
See your friends and many people congratulating you on your accomplishments.
Notice how it feels to achieve what you desire.
Allow this feeling to grow and fill you up completely.
Take several deep breaths now,
Filling your lungs,
Expanding them as much as you can.
And when you exhale,
Feel that relaxation sweep over you like a gentle breeze.
Breathe in again,
Slowly and fully,
Until you are brimming with air.
When you let the breath go,
Your relaxation multiplies.
As you relax more and more with each word I say,
You will hear the wonderful message about the value of putting your desires down on paper.
Writing your goals down in pen is one of the most important changes you will make in your life.
When you write down your goals,
Including but not limited to health,
Career,
Finances,
Relationship goals,
Personal goals and material goals,
You give an order to your mind to begin to see connections and steps you need to take that push you towards the objective.
It is crucial that when you write down your goals,
You are as descriptive as possible,
Allowing your mind to get out any ideas that are stuck in there.
Don't worry about what you are writing being perfect at first,
You can always rewrite later and edit your goals at any time you feel the need to.
As you drift and float into a comfortable sleep,
Let yourself relax and think about the image of a white piece of paper in front of you and something to write with sitting beside the paper.
Imagine you are dreaming of writing your goals and when you write them down,
You see them come to life.
Write down your goal of being healthy and as you do,
Visualize becoming healthy and being the best version of you.
See your life exactly how you want it to be.
You are full of energy,
You are doing things that you love,
You are choosing healthy foods and confidently saying no to unhealthy things like junk food and alcohol.
When you can see yourself attaining these goals,
That's how they draw even closer to you and within your grasp.
See yourself now,
Writing down your mission with a pen.
Whenever you write down your goals,
You are creating magic.
You are essentially attaining your goals by writing them down.
Now,
See yourself writing your financial goals down.
Be detailed about it.
Write down what you want to earn this next coming month and then write down what you want to earn by the beginning of next year.
Even write down your 5-year financial goal and be detailed about the exact number you expect to earn and which year you will see that goal reached.
Place all of these goals somewhere in your house where you pass by them often,
Like on your refrigerator or bathroom mirror.
Whenever you walk by this list,
Read it aloud.
Most of all,
Read your goals when you first wake up and also when you are about to fall asleep.
This is when the brain is most susceptible to suggestions.
Imagine yourself doing this simple task of reading your own thoughts and desires daily.
It's easy to see yourself accomplishing these goals,
But it's also very important to see yourself overcoming challenges and pushing past failure.
Thoughts will rise,
Presenting you with an obstacle to overcome,
To be sure you are deserving and can handle the power of these goals you have established when they are brought into reality.
Take a few deep breaths and let go of any need to think about any goals.
Soon you will be sleeping a long and restful slumber.
Your dreams will be guiding you towards these missions you have established.
You won't even need to remember your dreams.
They are doing work behind the scenes for you.
All you have to do is rest and let your body fully rejuvenate.
Remember,
There is no such thing as failure if you never quit.
Good night.
Good night.
