Sleep is an excellent opportunity to release any trapped emotions so that we can wake up feeling refreshed and ready for a new, wonderful day. Simply turn on this session as you are going to bed, and soak in the words as you enter the frequency of sleeping. You will be guided on how to effectively release anything that is holding you back in this meditation. Enjoy!

Welcome,

This meditation is meant to release trapped emotions all while you are sleeping.

I will guide you into a nice sleepy state,

Then you will open your heart and allow any emotions that are trapped to come out and release.

If you fall asleep during this session,

That is perfectly okay.

So get comfortable lying down,

Preferably in your bed.

Rest your head on a soft pillow,

Breathing slowly,

Letting all of your muscles go loose and limp.

Soften,

Melt into the mattress,

Closing the eyes,

Giving your body the signal it is time to sleep.

Lay on your back if you can,

And place one hand over your heart and the other over your belly button.

Breathe in,

Feel your body expanding with air.

Breathe out,

Resting.

Take 5 more deep breaths.

Inhale through your nose,

Open the mouth and let the air come out slowly.

Breathing in through the nose,

Pursing your lips and letting the air come out slowly.

Inhale and exhale.

Breathe in very deeply,

Exhale very slowly.

Good.

Let your arms rest heavily by your sides now.

Release control of your breath,

See if you can follow how your breathing slows down.

Now bring all of your attention to your heart,

Focusing on the center of your chest,

And give your heart permission to soften.

Imagine that you can speak directly to your heart and you are saying the word soften.

And as your heart softens,

Your body becomes even more relaxed.

A sleepy,

Gentle feeling is coming over you.

Allow for yourself to fall asleep if it feels right for you.

The mind is wandering away,

But the subconscious is still listening.

And we ask the subconscious mind to open the heart.

Opening the heart,

Allowing for any old,

Trapped emotions to be freed.

Your heart could have been holding onto them in a protective way,

But it is time to let them go,

Which will feel so much better.

Allow for yourself to fall asleep and know that your powerful heart is transmuting any old,

Stuck emotions or energy that you are ready to let go of.

And you can just give yourself permission.

I am ready.

I am ready.

I am ready.

My body lets go of trapped emotions.

As I sleep tonight,

These emotions move up from the base of my spine towards the heart,

Which is open and ready to take care of these emotions for you.

Because you are giving it permission to do so.

Finally,

Sleeping,

Releasing,

Everything is becoming unstuck,

Which feels so good.

This is all very healthy.

And as you sleep,

Your body and mind do all the work for you,

And when you wake up,

You feel so rejuvenated.

Blockages have been freed,

You feel almost as if you have been reborn.

And in a sense,

You have.

Giving your body and your mind permission,

Release all trapped emotions as I sleep.

Sleeping,

Becoming anew,

Even the tiniest things that you thought were already let go of are transmuted and released as you sleep.
