So for the next 10 minutes,
I will guide you into a nice state of relaxation for you to feel safe,
Encouraged,
And to sense that you have reliable tools to use to relax yourself during times like this.
To begin,
Find a comfortable position,
Removing any distractions,
Taking a nice breath in now.
As you breathe out,
Sink down into your chair or bed.
Take another breath in,
And when you exhale,
Close your eyes and begin to feel whatever you're feeling right now.
Do not judge it.
Do not try to stop your feelings.
Become an observer.
Witness what you are experiencing right now.
Take a big breath in,
And imagine that you can take your worries and blow them away as you exhale.
You hold the ability within you to relax at any time you wish.
To relax you even more,
I will guide you through a powerful body scan.
This allows you to feel and sense your energetic field.
Inside you,
There is a light.
It is a beautiful color,
And it is your energetic source.
Take a moment to sense where the center of this light is beginning within you.
Tuning into the source of this light,
Take note,
Does it have a color?
Allow for this wonderful feeling and your source of energy to expand and grow.
See its beautiful color growing with it.
Feel the wave of energy traveling all around your body now,
Down each leg,
All the way to the feet,
And also down into the arms,
All the way to the fingertips.
This energy travels up into your neck and your head.
Imagine you can see yourself from an outside perspective,
Surrounded by this energy.
It is beautiful,
It is safe,
It is comfortable.
You are secure in the energetic field that is always within you.
Take a slow and deep breath in,
Giving yourself permission to relax even deeper.
And let's become aware of our mind.
Can you sense how big your mind is?
The mind is infinite.
It has no limits whatsoever.
You can imagine anything.
You can consciously let go of stress,
Anxiety,
Worry,
Depression.
So right now,
Allow yourself to let go of your worries and concerns regarding the virus.
And when you let go of these worries,
You find that underneath them,
There is a deep inner knowing that all is well,
And this too shall pass.
It is just like a wave.
Riding the wave is what you do best.
The wave comes,
And then it peaks,
And then it rolls away.
You can just let this fear go.
It doesn't do you any good anyways.
You can feel as if you're drifting down a river of security,
Drifting and floating now along the timeline of life.
All is well,
All is being taken care of.
And the more you relax,
The better life flows.
Breathing in again deeply as you exhale,
Relax.
You have the wonderful ability to consciously relax.
Relax as I count down from three,
Doubling your relaxation with each number.
Three,
Double that relaxation.
Two,
Even more relaxed.
And one sinking down now into a very nice,
Comfortable state of mind.
Your body is still,
And your mind is calm.
Your soul thanks you for this moment.
The virus will pass,
Just like everything else in life.
And we will come out stronger as a people,
And you will be resilient and wiser after this experience is all said and done.
