Welcome to this meditation with the unconditional love and an intention of finding your heart and being still in your physical body to be able to hear your own heartbeat.

I want you to start with finding a comfortable seat,

Legs folded and start to notice how your breath is moving in and out through your body,

Your physical body,

Your emotional body,

Your mental body.

Notice how your chest is expanding,

Creating space and how your out breath,

Your exhale is emptying your body.

A contraction of your chest,

Stomach welcoming everything back to the center.

You can also notice how you are grounded with your sit bones on the earth.

This place of earth that you are sitting on is your own place,

Your sacred space,

Your sacred seat.

Notice how your face is relaxed,

Shoulders down,

How your tongue is soft in your mouth,

Relaxing and breathing.

I want you to find your way into your heart,

Into your heart space in the middle of your chest.

Try to visualize how your heart,

The size of your face,

How there is this expansion and contraction in your heart.

Exactly the same expansion and contraction that is in your chest.

Your heart is filling up and releasing,

Letting go.

See if you can find the energy inside of your heart,

Your sacred heart space.

And now notice how your heart is longing for a moment of presence,

Of being.

So continue to breathe in your own rhythm,

Listening to your heart,

Listening for your heartbeat.

Let it be an exploration in your own pace,

In your own rhythm.

This visualization of your heart is different.

Some of you will see colors,

Others will hear sounds,

Tastes.

Some of you will feel calm and present.

And whenever,

Whatever you're feeling,

However you are feeling,

Everything is okay.

This is your journey to know yourself a little better than before your meditation.

Maybe you can ask yourself,

Ask your heart if it's something that you really need to know right now.

Then take an out breath through your mouth,

Sighing it out.

And slowly in your own rhythm,

Welcoming your back to your room,

To your sacred space,

To your unique sitting spot.

And slowly start rubbing your palms,

Creating energy,

Letting your palms touch your heart,

Your chest,

And thank yourself for listening to your heart.

Slowly open your eyes and continue with your day,

Your life from the perspective of your heart.
