You know that kind of sigh we let it out when we get home after a long day and we are just so happy to be home?

Take a deep breath in.

I'm home.

This is the best place to be,

Inside ourselves.

Just let go of your thoughts.

Remember not to identify with any of them.

You are not your thoughts.

Put your hand in your heart.

Smile.

My dear soul,

I know I'm not my thoughts.

I know my mission.

I know my consciousness.

I know why I'm here now.

My dear soul,

I know that I am.

I am love.

I am harmony.

I am joy.

I am peace.

I am care.

I am gratitude.

I am happiness.

I know I am the manifestation of the Creator's love.

And that I'm here with a purpose.

And that I'm walking towards it.

Take a deep breath in.

Just be with you for a little while.

Any thoughts that come visit you,

You just acknowledge them.

Label them as thoughts.

And pull back your attention to your breathing,

To your heart.

Pull back your attention to your energy.

Not to your body,

But to the space right outside your body.

Your aura,

Your subtle bodies.

Take your attention to the space right in front of your face.

Or right in front of your heart,

If you will.

And just be there for a while.

Relax your body.

I invite you to scan your body from head to toe.

If you find a tension spot,

Pain,

Or any discomfort,

Just imagine you have a light,

A green light over that spot,

A light that will dissolve,

That will melt this pain or this discomfort.

And also,

Command your body to relax,

Like this.

Relax.

Let go.

We are spirits,

Leaving a material experience.

Our body,

Our sacred body,

Is a vehicle,

A tool,

So we can go about this life,

This lovely life we have,

Focus your attention right in front of your heart chakra.

In the space right after your body.

My dear soul,

Every tension that I have in my body are over my dear soul.

Every blockage I have in my body are over my dear soul.

My body is relaxed,

And I surrender to this moment.

I now invite you to go to your safe place energetically.

Transport yourself to the place outside of your body.

But to the place where you feel home,

And imagine that you are sitting down or laying down.

And start to feel the best features of this place.

If it's cozy,

If you have a breeze,

If you have a breeze touching your face and your body,

If your feet are touching the ground,

As you experiment,

As you experience these great features of your safe,

Happy place,

Bring joy to your heart,

Smile,

Bring gratitude for being able to travel in space and time to feel safe and happy.

Notice that there is a light descending from above and entering your crown chakra.

What colour is this light?

This light is going through your chakra channel.

It's cleansing and balancing all your chakras.

You feel energised.

You feel relaxed at the same time.

And you feel strong,

Powerful.

You know you are powerful to you.

This is the only power we need.

We need to be powerful to ourselves.

And you know you are.

You know you are in command.

Let this light flow through you and transform everything you don't need anymore into light.

Let this light flow through you and cleanse and purify your body,

Your physical body,

Your energetic body,

Your soul.

My dear soul,

I am healthy and happy.

I feel like we need to clean up some information of powerlessness.

Look at all the details you have in this place.

Just pay attention to every detail and notice how you are complete.

You are satisfied.

Feel like,

Feel how enough this place is to you and how it shifted your energy.

Look up and around.

Look at the place your feet is.

I don't know if you're stepping on sand,

Grass,

Dirt,

Tile,

Hardwood floor,

Energetically.

Feel with your feet that you're grounded,

That this is the best place to be.

And I invite you to walk through a door.

There is a door there.

And come back to your physical place,

To your body.

Your body is this place.

This is where we feel most secure,

Nurtured,

Taken care of,

Comfortable,

Happy.

Take a deep breath in.

If you wish to drift into your sleep,

Relax and go.

Allow yourself to nourish,

To relax,

To renew your body.

You deserve it.

If you're ready to go on with your day,

Let's put our hands together in front of our heart.

And just stay there a little bit.

Say thank you to yourself,

To the time and place you are now.

And stay there a little bit.

Rest your hands in your chest,

Your anahata chakra.

Understand and be conscious of how good it feels to be connected to your heart.
