Many times I've searched, in complete despair, for someone to hold my hand and help me breathe again. Overcoming panic and anxiety takes learning and patience. With time, crises are shorter, take longer to happen again, and lose intensity. With practice, we understand that the only way to be free from the traps of our mind is by staying in the present. Hold my hand, and let’s breathe together. Come back to this short practice whenever you need it.
