Sit down next to the sage and take a moment to quieten your mind.
Now bring to mind a question you would like to ask the sage.
It may be something related to your understanding of yourself and your purpose,
How to cultivate a more meaningful life,
Or advice around any current challenge.
Alternatively,
You can just sit in silence and allow the sage to say whatever they have to say.
As you converse with the sage,
Pay attention to their words,
Tone and body language.
Take note of any insights,
Advice,
Or guidance that they offer.
As your conversation draws to a close,
The sage offers you a gift,
Which may come in the form of a symbol or image.
Accept this gift now.
