Animus Integration - Active Imagination Exercise

The Animus is the archetype of the masculine principles that exist in every human being. It represents our model of man and is based on both our personal and collective human experience. The Animus is more unconscious in women by default, however, every human being has an Animus, relates to Animus, and has an archetype and a concept for what man and masculine are.

So everyone can benefit from doing this exercise but for men, you might wish to emphasize working with the Anima, the archetypal feminine.
