Hello,

I'm Mahsa and welcome to this guided visualization meditation for self-love and returning to your true self.

This meditation can be beneficial for those moments when you feel disconnected from yourself.

It can serve as a tool to bring you back to your inner alignment.

So let's start in a quiet and comfortable place.

Find a comfortable position either sitting up or lying down and gently close your eyes.

Bring your attention to your breath,

The rhythm of your inhalations and exhalations.

Notice the length of your inhale and the length of your exhale.

Notice the depth of your breath and the movement of your chest as you inhale and exhale.

Notice your soft heartbeat as you release the tension from your body,

Relaxing the body more.

Now imagine yourself standing on the shores of a beautiful body of water.

It could be a calm and tranquil ocean,

A serene lake or a peaceful river.

Whichever feels safe and inviting to you and whichever makes you feel at home.

This is your inner sanctuary where you can reconnect with yourself.

Visualize the water stretching out before you,

Its surface glistening with clarity and calmness.

Pay attention to the shimmering reflections of sunlight and the vivid and vibrant colors that surround you.

You might also be surrounded by luscious greenery or colorful flowers.

Just let your imagination paint a vivid picture for you.

As you stand here,

Become aware of the soothing sound of the water.

Listen to the soft flow of the current.

Feel the air against your skin.

Become aware of the warm sunlight streaming down upon you.

Feel its comforting touch on your skin.

Allow this light to penetrate deep into your being,

Filling you with love and acceptance.

Take a deep inhale and breathe in the calmness of your surroundings,

Drawing in a sense of peace.

With each exhale,

Release any self-doubt,

Judgment or negative emotions.

Let go of anything that is weighing you down.

As you let go,

Silently or aloud,

Repeat to yourself,

I am enough,

Just as I am.

I am enough,

Just as I am.

Now,

Visualize yourself stepping into the water.

Feel the clear,

Soothing water covering your body.

Notice how it gently supports you.

Feel any tension or stress being washed away,

Leaving you feeling lighter and more at peace.

Allow it wash away any doubts,

Insecurities or negative energies that no longer serve you.

As you float,

Imagine this clear water infusing you with a deep sense of self-love and acceptance.

Feel the water restoring your inner harmony.

Embrace the love that surrounds you and glows within you,

Remembering the worth and beauty of your true self.

As you slowly step out of the water,

Take a moment to express gratitude for yourself.

Reflect on the qualities and the strength that make you unique.

Appreciate the journey you've been on and acknowledge the progress you've made.

Give thanks for your body,

Mind and spirit and the beautiful connection they create.

Remember that the love and acceptance you cultivated here are always available to you.

They are always within you.

Whenever you're feeling ready,

Slowly bring your attention back to your breath,

To your heart.

Feel the movement of your chest,

Your body,

The room you're sitting in,

Your body against the cushion or the chair,

Or even the bed if you're lying down.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Feel free to stretch if you need to.

Whenever you're ready,

You can open your eyes.
