Good morning everyone.

Today we will be talking about a spiritual experience.

So,

In a spiritual experience you experience the spirit that is in you.

You understand the essence that is within you.

It is something that cannot be seen by your naked eyes,

The human eyes,

But something that can be known at a deeper level.

Just like you do not see the light that's falling on all these flowers and trees and leaves and bringing up those different colors like red,

Yellow,

Green.

Our eyes see those colors but not the light.

Similarly,

Our mind does not see that spirit but sees this body and other people.

So,

In a spiritual experience,

Something that is beyond the five senses of the mind.

The five senses that are vision,

Listening,

Taste,

Touch and smell.

That information that does not belong to these limited five senses is in the spirit realm.

If you can notice or if you can know it,

That means you are operating in the spirit realm.

Or you are seeing through your soul.

So that to me is what a spiritual experience is.

Just very basic.

Not a calor understanding but very basic experiential understanding.

Let's do a small meditation and meditate over a spiritual experience.

Close your eyes,

Take a position that's most comfortable and then see that you are not occupied with distractions.

Putting the phone and other things away and simply taking a position of rest and ease.

Eyes closed if you wish.

Focus on your breathing if that's what is grounding for you.

Taking a long breath in and out.

As you are breathing and as you are feeling,

Question who is the one who is witnessing all these experiences that are happening.

The experience of breath.

The experience of noticing.

The experience of attending to thoughts or sensations.

The experience of listening.

Who is aware of all these cognitive processes that are happening right now.

Be in that awareness.

Be that awareness.

Where all these things are happening.

Where your mind and body is doing what they do.

Without identifying with these processes.

From a distanced place.

Just be aware.

Be present.

And on that note.

Let's take a long breath in.

And breathe out.

Open your eyes.

Room or place you are in.

And I hope you have a very wonderful rest of your day.

I had such a deep experience in just eight minutes! I feel like I was transported to a different part of myself, guided inside and able to rest there in presence and love. I recommend this to anyone who wants to go right to root, to the heart of why we do meditation.
