Healthy Body,
Healthy You Visualization by Lady Ometto Find a tranquil space where you can take it 30 minutes for yourself,
Away from any distractions.
A place where you can relax and be comfortable.
Be able to connect it with this healthy body,
Healthy you visualization.
Choose either a lying down or a seated position and take a few minutes to settle into that space.
Making sure you are comfortable and relax.
Slowly close your eyes and start to connect it with your breath.
Observe the breath moving in through both of your nostrils and feel the gentle expansion it brings to your entire body.
Observe the breath moving out through both of your nostrils and feel the sensations of letting go.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Breathing in,
Feeling the expansion and breathing out,
Allowing the sensations of letting go.
In and out.
As you feel your body resting,
Observe the force of gravity grounding you down more and more towards the earth.
Observe again the inhalations expanding the body.
And observe at the end of each exhalation a feeling of groundiness as you feel your bones dropping even heavier towards the earth.
Feeling yourself more anchored,
More expanded and more relaxed.
Like a water puddle growing wider and wider.
As you feel your feet,
Observe the bones in your feet.
On your toes,
All the way to your ankles.
Bones strong and filled with healthy vibration.
Feel the bones in your lower legs,
Knees,
Upper legs,
All the way to your hips,
Into your sacrum area.
Bones strong and bones which support you and you are walking forward in your life.
Observe the marvelous structure of your entire spine,
From your sacrum area all the way to the base of your skull.
Take a moment to breathe in its curvatures.
Breathe in its power,
In its flexibility.
And breathe into the awareness of the amazing life your spine supports and guides you in.
Breathe into your powerful rib cage,
Your shoulders,
Arms,
Hands,
And all the way to every and each finger.
Feeling the power and the healthy vibrations in your entire skeleton system,
Including the skull and all the facial crevices.
Breathe into the health of your bones and breathe out as you soften into the earth.
As your bones are healthily wrapped by the muscles and connective tissue,
Breathe in and feel the expansion and the strength in all your muscles and tissues within your entire body.
And as you breathe in the healthy mobility and flexibility provided by your muscles and tissues,
You feel that place of knowingness.
That knowingness that your body is a mirror of your thoughts and your focus and positive intentions is your biggest tool to generate and maintain a healthy body.
Breathing in and breathing out,
Feel gratitude for your organs and all the systems in your body.
As you breathe in,
You feel an expansion in your chest,
Your rib cage,
Your lungs,
And as you breathe out,
You connect it to the gentle beating of your heart.
As your lungs connect to the heart,
The heart connected to every cell in your body,
You feel a smooth and healthy circulation vibrating within all your cells,
Within all your systems,
Within the health of your body.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Your body's ability to heal is far greater than you might have permitted yourself to believe.
So through the healing powers within yourself,
Allow your exhalations to ground you into a deeper space of health,
Dissolving and melting away any disease or illness,
Trusting that your body is receiving all the healing and energies necessary for its well-being.
As you feel yourself breathing in life and breathing out any resistance,
Breathing in life and breathing out resistance.
An intelligent body has intelligent cells.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Health will respond quickly and positively for the lack of resistance.
So as the body reflects from your thoughts,
Allow less resistance,
Bringing in more health.
Breathing in health,
Breathe out resistance.
Observe as the mind softens and rests,
Allowing for the eyes to rest even deeper underneath the eyelids.
Eyes relax towards the back of your head,
Allowing the jaws and entire face to soften even more.
As you breathe in and as you breathe out,
Visualize yourself in a vast field of sunflowers under a wide blue sky.
Notice how all the sunflowers are gearing towards the sun,
Soaking in the light energy,
Generating health and vibrancy for themselves.
As the sunflower,
You also generate health and vibrancy by tuning into your light source.
As you breathe in to the light,
Breathe out into the light.
As you feel back into your body,
Breathe in life,
Breathe out resistance.
It is your birth gift to experience health and ease in all of your bodies.
In strength,
Vitality,
Clarity,
Breathe out into a space of ease.
Breathing gratitude and breathe out into this space of gratitude.
Take a moment to feel your healthy skin over your entire body and appreciate the feelings of a touch,
A kiss,
The breath of nature in your face.
Breathe in the awareness of experiencing the world through the magic of our sensations.
Breathe in into gratitude,
Breathe out into that awareness.
Breathe in into gratitude and breathe out into the knowingness that your body is a mirror of your thoughts.
So allow yourself to bathe in health,
Focus,
Positivity,
Love,
Healing vibrations.
Feel and breathe into who you are.
Breathe out into the amazing being you are.
Breathing in into who you are,
Breathe out into the healthy being you are.
Breathe into the feelings as you share to yourself.
The more I allow who I am to flow through me,
The better I feel,
The healthier I am.
Breathe in and breathe out.
The more I allow who I am to flow through me,
The better I feel,
The healthier I am.
Breathe in and out.
Slowly start to reconnect to the physical feelings of your body right at this moment and start to bring some gentle motions,
Motions to your hands and fingers,
Motions to your feet and toes.
Slowly start to re-embody your full self into this space,
Into this room.
As you bring more gentle motions to your entire healthy body,
As you breathe in and as you breathe out.
If you are in a lying down position,
Slowly guide yourself to a side lying position to your side of choice,
Either the right or the left.
And at this place,
The place of your choice,
Settle in and take a moment to just feel your heart of gratitude,
The heart of gratitude for the healthy life you experience in your body right at this moment.
Then gratitude to the knowingness that the more you allow who you are to flow through you,
The better you feel,
The healthier you are.
Take a moment just within that awareness as your body is a mirror of your thoughts.
The more you allow who you are to flow through you,
The better you feel,
The healthier you are.
Slowly bring yourself to a seated position.
Settle in into that position and guide your hands to your heart,
Sealing this space of health and gratitude within you.
Take a moment to just breathe within that space.
And within that space,
May your thoughts,
May your health and all your creations be as bright as your light source.
